Pe’a, Hiva and Sammy are three of our grandpuppies. We took their mother out of the shelter to foster knowing she was pregnant and 10 days later I stayed up all night and helped her deliver 10 beautiful puppies! We found homes for them all but ended up having to find second homes for a few. Then we ended up with these three! They were born in June 2003! |
Pe’a (pay-uh) meaning ‘Bear’ in Hawaiian, is above. She’s got longer hair than her two sisters and LOVES to play ball! Hiva (Hee-vah) meaning ‘Jet Black’ in Hawaiian, is below. She was the runt, but is all grown up now! She loves to play ball too! |
Sammy, below, is the quietest and best behaved of the three. She kept her name because she was not returned until she was almost 2 years old! We were told it wasn’t working out and she was a one person dog but we’ve never had a problems! |
