Thank you for your interest in animals at the Coos County Animal Shelter.

Purina foods and Wal-mart are now featuring

special Pet of the Week adoption packages.  If you adopt one of the Pets of the Week you will receive:

Cat: Double diner bowl,  bag of food, collar, bag of litter and small litterbox.

Dog:  Double diner bowl, bag of food, collar and leash. 

Pets of the Week will be posted at Wal-mart weekly in the Pet Dept.

Disclaimer:  Pi Land Ranch does not operate the Coos County Animal Shelter. I am simply a

volunteer there.  Coos County Animal Shelter is open to the general public from Noon, to 4:00p.m.,  Tuesday to Saturday, closed on

Sunday and Monday. CCAS is

located 5 miles south of Coos Bay, on Southport Road off Highway 101 South.  Just before the 101S and 42S split.  The

address is:  92960 Southport Road, Coos Bay, OR  97420.   Phone:  541-269-2312.

Cat of the Week: is Case #C-177, Jax,  a stray adult male longhair Tabby cat.  He’s a very affectionate boy and as Cat of the Week his adoption includes a low cost neuter!
